What happens after I place an order?

After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We will then begin preparing your order. Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped out through Fedex/DHL and you will receive a tracking number.

When do I get my tracking number?

You will get your tracking number after your order has been shipped. This is typically 1-2 business days after you order. You’ll be able to see tracking activity after 24 hours.

How long is the shipping timeframe?

After you place your order, you should receive it within 3-4 business days.
