Business Hours & Processing Time
We operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please plan accordingly if you need your order by a certain date.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are typically issued within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear after receiving your tracking email.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. After processing, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days within the U.S. International delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
